Join us for an evening that celebrates the craft and creativity of Australia’s most innovative distillery, Archie Rose. Our chefs have created an innovative six-course menu designed to showcase both exceptional local ingredients and the expressive character of Archie Rose’s small-batch whiskies. From whisky-cured Ora salmon to Stockyard wagyu fillet with smoked almonds and rye syrup, each dish is thoughtfully paired to enhance and reflect the complexity of every pour.

With award-winning expressions like the Single Malt and Dry Grown Rye Malt, plus limited releases including the Marionette Orange Curaçao Cask, the evening begins and ends with imaginative cocktails and features four distinct whiskies throughout. Settle in for an experience full of bold flavours, captivating stories and warm hospitality, a must for whisky lovers and curious diners alike.
